At R.E.M. Metal Designs, customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
All questions, requests and concerns receive prompt attention. If we don't hear from a customer after receiving
their item, a follow up email is sent to confirm the item arrived as expected and to their satisfaction.

We make each item as it's ordered no matter if it's a special request or
an item listed in our store. When a customer is interested in an item we're offering but would prefer it slightly different,
it's not a problem since the item has yet to be created.
Although we try to offer a large variety of items, we realize we could
never offer a large enough variety to cover everyone's wants and needs so strongly encourage special requests. With all silhouettes
being 100% handmade, the designs we create are only limited to our customers wishes.

Metal silhouette uses are virtually endless. These wonderful creations
can be displayed in just about any place imaginable. Display them outside on your mailbox, wood and tin buildings, your home's
front door, in the yard, on your vehicle or trailer, etc. Display them inside on shelves, mantles, as wall hangings, window
ornaments, hang one on your car's rearview mirror, etc. Being made of metal, the silhouettes are exceptionally thin, durable
and lightweight. These charactoristics allow for a much higher
variety of use than most wood silhouettes.
Use a silhouette to capture your child's shadow forever. Provide us
with a profile photo of your child and we'll create a shadow that never changes with age. Have a favorite photo
of your pet in profile? Send it to us and we'll create a wonderful silhouette for you to display inside
or outside your home.
